This tier list is based on data from over 50,000 ranked matches in Diamond+ lobbies during the first two weeks of Season 4, combined with input from pro players across the top Rivals League teams. We evaluate heroes on four axes: individual carry potential, team synergy, skill floor, and consistency across map types.
Spider-Man remains the undisputed king of the meta after his web-swing rework gave him unmatched mobility. His ability to weave between targets and secure eliminations while being nearly impossible to pin down makes him the best flanker in the game. Scarlet Witch's Chaos Magic rework in Season 4 turned her into a terrifying zoner. Her new Hex Field ability creates a 15-meter zone that reduces enemy healing by 40% and amplifies all incoming damage — essentially a teamfight win condition on a 30-second cooldown.
Pro Tip:Doctor Doom is S-tier but has an extremely high skill ceiling. If you're below Platinum, you'll likely get more value from Storm or Captain America in the A-tier.
- Iron Man (A → S): Repulsor rework added a charged beam that melts tanks. His new flight ceiling removal is massive on vertical maps.
- Hela (B → B): Stayed put despite buffs — her kit remains too map-dependent to climb higher.
- The Punisher (C → D): Arsenal nerfs hit hard. His DPS dropped 18% and his survivability didn't get compensated.
- Luna Snow (B → A): Healing output buffed by 25%. Now the premiere support pick alongside Mantis.
The current meta favors dive and poke compositions. The strongest overall lineup is Spider-Man / Scarlet Witch / Luna Snow / Black Panther / Captain America / Storm. This comp has overwhelming engage, sustain from Luna Snow, and multiple angles of threat. For a more defensive playstyle, swap Spider-Man and Black Panther for Hulk and Thor to form an anchor comp that controls space around the objective.
Warning:Avoid running triple DPS in ranked. The Season 4 healing changes mean that teams without a dedicated support hero get significantly outpaced in extended fights.
